Acute Care and Sick Visits
Some illnesses can wait for an appointment three weeks out. The ones on this page cannot. Most sick visits can start with a same-day telehealth appointment, available anywhere in New York State. When you need to be examined or tested in person, Aaron will schedule an office visit in Yorkshire — in-person visits are by appointment only.

Sore Throats & Strep
Sore throats with rapid in-office testing for strep and mononucleosis.
Flu, COVID-19 & RSV
Upper respiratory infections such as influenza, COVID-19, and RSV, with rapid testing.
Sinusitis & Bronchitis
Evaluation and treatment for sinus infections and bronchitis.
Ear Infections
Ear infections and ear pain.
Pink Eye
Pink eye (conjunctivitis), evaluated and treated promptly.
Urinary Tract Infections
UTIs, with in-office urinalysis.
Skin Infections
Skin infections, cellulitis, and impetigo.
Stomach Bugs
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach upset.
Fever
Fever evaluation for children and adults.
Breathing Problems Handled in the Office
Asthma and COPD flare-ups are evaluated on site. Croup in young children is evaluated here as well. Severe breathing trouble is a 911 call, always. For everything short of an emergency, this office can help.
Answers Before You Leave
A rapid strep, flu, COVID, RSV, or mono test takes minutes, and urinalysis is done in the office. That usually means you walk out with a diagnosis and a treatment plan the same day, and the visit costs exactly what you were told it would.
