Annual Wellness Visits
A full history, a physical exam, and a real conversation about the year ahead. Aaron reviews your medications, flags the screenings you are due for, and builds a plan you can actually follow. Annual wellness visits are included in membership — they are essentially your yearly physical.
Physicals for School, Sports, and Camp
Scheduled by appointment, with forms signed before you leave. Physicals are free for members: if Aaron has already done your wellness visit, the paperwork can usually be completed without a new appointment — and if not, the physical is done as part of the wellness visit.
The exam covers health history, vitals, vision screening, a heart and lung exam, and an orthopedic screen for athletes. Bring the blank form, a list of current medications, glasses or contacts if worn, and immunization records if the form asks for them. August books up fast at every practice in Western New York, so fall athletes should come in by July.
TB Testing for Work and School
TB skin testing (PPD/Mantoux) is available for employment, school, and volunteer requirements, with placement and the required 48-to-72-hour reading both handled in the office. Both visits are scheduled together so the reading lands inside the required window, and you leave the second visit with signed documentation for your employer or school.
